Sprite Finesse 2 - First registered 18 February 2011.This is my Swift Sprite Finesse 2 caravan. It is very spacious and has a very practical layout. The full cooker (hob, grill and oven) is located at the back of the van near the door. The shower, toilet and wash basin are next to the cooker. There is a tall clothing cupboard centrally located opposite the very large Thetford fridge. At the front is the seating area and a neat fold out table in front of the main panoramic window
The spacious fridge works from mains, gas or 12V (when towing). The control of the fridge is very simple from a pushbutton console with LCD display. There is plenty of storage for food, plates and utensils in a very large lower cupboard and two overhead cupboards in the kitchen area.
The two bench seats are at the front of the van with side windows on both sides and a panoramic front window giving great views of the surrounding countryside. All the windows are double glazed with flyscreens and blackout blinds as well as curtains. This makes the van nice and dark in the morning during summer. A centre console at the front has two storage drawers and a neat fold out table.
There is copious locker storage below and above the seats. The van has four LED mini spot lights, two large roof lights and a fluorescent light in the kitchen area. There is an additional sky light window above the kitchen area giving much more light and ventilation.
The caravan is a 2 berth. The seating area converts into a large double bed or alternatively the seats can be used as two single beds.
The bathroom has a Thetford built in cassette toilet, a shower and a corner sink. There is a water heater that uses gas or mains to provide hot water to the mixer taps in the kitchen and bathroom.
There is a thermostatically controlled heater mounted below the tall cupboard. This also works from both gas and mains electricity. It is also connected to a blown air heating system. The temperature of both the water and heating is controlled from an easily accessible heating control panel. With the van being well insulated together with double glazing, it can be used throughout the year.
Above the front right seat there is a JVC radio cassette player with stereo speakers mounted above the front window.
The caravan has a remote controlled Reich motor mover which works very well and makes moving the van very easy.
The high capacity leisure battery is charged from a powerful Sargent power control unit. This also controls the mains and battery power to the rest of the van together with the fridge. The electrical power can be switched on and off from a control panel above the door. This panel also shows the battery state and controls the water pump.
The van is registered on the 'Central Registration & Identification Scheme' - CRIS.
There is an Outdoor Revolution porch awning and breathable matting included in the sale and the LED light above the outside of the door provides lighting in the awning.
The front stowage locker houses up to two gas bottles together with the fresh and waste water containers.
A review of the Finesse 2 can be found at:
The van is relatively light weight at 970KG and can be towed with a medium sized car. The Alko stabiliser tow hitch is easy to use and makes towing very stable. This caravan has been fitted with the desired Diamond Pack.
The van is in excellent condition with no known faults and is ready to go on holiday!
Please message me with any questions.
I am happy to show serious buyers around the van, but no time wasters please.
